The ranges of Develop ineo and Fujifilm Apeos MFPs offer multiple layers of user authentication to prevent unauthorised access. This includes PIN codes, swipe cards, and even advanced biometric options such as finger vein scanning on Develop devices.
Administrators can control exactly who can use these features in order to place rules for restricting colour printing, scanning destinations, or access to stored files.
Integration with Active Directory and network login systems ensures that seamless, centralised control is managed throughout an organisation.
