Copybox Document Systems Ltd are delighted to have won the coveted Gold Award in the category of “Family Business of the Year” at the SME Bedfordshire Business Awards, earlier this month, beating 7 other Finalists to win the highest accolade in the category, and are now through to the SME Business National Finals, later this year.
Copybox Document Systems is a family-run business, based at Bedford’s iLab, and was established in 2017 by Paul Kamlesh, Technical Director, whose photocopier engineering experience spans over 30 years. His daughter, Tanika Paul, who joined the company through the pandemic, manages the Sales and Accounts and organises the Service team’s schedules.
The company supplies the Develop, Epson, Ricoh and Canon brands of printers and multifunctional printer-copier-scanners throughout Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Milton Keynes and Northamptonshire, and, together, with 2 service engineers, is dedicated to delivering excellence in customer service to local businesses and schools, sports clubs and a growing number of local charities. As a result, Copybox has earned a highly prized reputation, throughout the region, for dependability, honesty, expertise, and integrity.
Paul and Tanika are incredibly proud of their achievements over the past year. They have seen a 47% increase in photocopier and printer installations, over last year, and all were completed within a week of the agreements being signed. In addition, all customers due to renew their equipment with Copybox, did so this year, demonstrating rare customer loyalty. In terms of business growth, the last 12 months has been very successful for Copybox, with an impressive increase of 32% in business growth.
